Kevin and his team at Custom Auto Tech provided me top notch service. One can’t ask for anything else during these unfortunate situations. After dropping off my car Kevin reassured me that everything would be taken care of to the best of his abilities. He definitely delivered on that promise. He sent progress photos to keep me up to date on the whole process. The work came out very clean. Paint match was on point and he returned it to me detailed and sparkling. Thank you for a seamless experience!

On May 19, 2026, I was involved in an accident with my truck. I contacted my friend Kevin at Customs Auto Tech on Stillwell Avenue in the Bronx, and that same evening he arranged to have my truck picked up. The very next day, a rental car was delivered directly to my home, making the process incredibly convenient. Throughout the repair process, Kevin kept me updated by sending photos and videos of the work being done on my truck, which gave me confidence and peace of mind. When the repairs were completed, Kevin personally delivered my truck to my job, picked up the rental vehicle, had it cleaned, and returned it to the rental company for me. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and door-to-door convenience Kevin provided. Thank you, Kevin, for making a stressful situation so much easier. I highly recommend Customs Auto Tech for their professionalism, communication, and exceptional service.

5/5 Stars — Superb Paint Job & Incredible Service! Brought my car to Custom Auto Tech for a bad door dent, and they fixed it perfectly without replacing the door skin, which I didn’t want to do. I dealt with Mike and Mark, and they even offered to paint my rear bumper and fix a front bumper scrape, all for an incredibly fair price. The results are amazing—the door looks great, both bumpers look brand new, and the silver metallic paint job is absolutely superb and matches perfectly. To top it all off, they cleaned the entire car, even taking the time to detail under the hood! Mike and Mark are honest, hardworking guys who do highly skilled work. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend Custom Auto Tech!

Nick and his team Custom Auto Tech delivered exceptional service throughout the entire repair process. Both the quality of the work and the level of customer care were truly top-notch. After my accident, Nick remained in constant communication with the insurance company to ensure everything was handled efficiently and that I was fully supported. He also arranged for my rental vehicle to be extended until my car was completed. Throughout the process, Nick provided regular updates along with photos, which gave me great peace of mind. Once the repairs were finished, he personally delivered my vehicle to my home, located 40 minutes from his shop. Overall, the experience was seamless and highly professional. I would confidently recommend Nick and his team to anyone in need of quality automotive repairs and outstanding customer service.
